  • A.U. College of Engineering for Women was established in the year 2010 under self-finance category exclusively for girls to ensure nation building by tapping the reservoir of talent in women.

  • It is one of the constituent colleges of Andhra University, approved by the AICTE and was awarded 3.6 on four a point scale with 'A' grade by the NAAC Committee.

  • The college offers Bachelor of Technology with an intake of 60 students per branch from the State Engineering Entrance Examination-EAMCET.

To monitor the ragging activities, an anti ragging committee with principal, heads of the departments, non teaching staff and students as members is constituted.
